Subscription Management

You may opt out of these communications by replying STOP to any text message from DPR or by contacting the DPR as indicated below.  You can receive help anytime by replying HELP to any text message from the DPR or by contacting DPR as indicated below.  Consent to receive non-marketing or marketing text messages is not required to purchase services from the DPR. Messaging and data rates may apply.  By completing the SMS text Messaging Opt-In Form, you also accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any other applicable terms and agreements related to your use of DPR services.

Program Description

DPR offers its text messaging program whereby DPR, and any applicable service provider, will text you to provide information concerning your account activity with DPR and other DPR services and promotions. DPR may occasionally use a standard or an automatic telephone dialing system (“Auto dialer”) to deliver text messages to you under the DPR Program.  You agree that you will not use the DPR Program for illegal or unlawful purposes.  No coverage may be bound or amended via text message or the DPR Program.

Messaging Frequency

The number of DPR text messages you receive may vary depending on your account activity and communication with DPR.

Cost

DPR does not impose a separate fee for sending DPR text messages. However, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan, standard message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with the DPR SMS Program. Please get in touch with your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans and information.

Supported Carriers

SMS should be available through your equipment or mobile device when the equipment or device is within the operating range of your wireless service provider.   The DPR SMS may not be available on all equipment/mobile devices or through all wireless carriers. DPR may, from time to time, in its discretion and without notice to you, limit the carriers that support the DPR Program.

The validity, enforceability, and interpretation of these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and all other matters arising out of the use of this Site shall be determined and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia irrespective of conflict of laws principles.  The users of this Site further agree that the General District Court and the Circuit Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising out of the use of this Site and any of the information contained herein.   Should the Company prevail in any legal action involving the use of this Site or the information contained herein, the user agrees to pay all of the Company’s court costs (including but not limited to expert witness fees) and reasonable attorney fees.
